FREQUENT QUESTIONS
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Great news! We offer free FedEx Ground Shipping to the contiguous US on all orders.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Arrival times are estimated at 1-7 business days once an order has shipped. Note: We are closed on weekends, national holidays, and the first week of January (for our annual inventory count). Orders placed on these days will be shipped on the following business day.
WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU SHIP TO?
Currently, we only ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to international addresses, PO boxes, APO/ FPO military addresses, Hawaii and Alaska.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We gladly accepts returns or exchanges within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. To qualify for a refund or an exchange, any items returned must be in new condition and must not have been previously used. Please note that we do not cover/refund shipping and handling charges.
